Exciting events added to our free Wellness Programme including Zentangle, WeightFit and Boxercise
Enjoy free well-being events at Ware Priory this year aimed at promoting self care within the community. Whether you’re looking for relaxation, mindfulness, fitness activities, or simply a chance to connect with others, these events offer something for everyone.
Boxercise & Weightfit
Feel stronger, fitter, and more energised with this FREE 6-week Boxercise & WeightFit programme for ages 13-17, hosted Mind Body Soul Movement. Build confidence, improve fitness, and have fun! Sessions run between 5-6pm, every week at Ware Priory. Beginning 25th February and ending 1st April. Dates are as follows: 25/02/25, 04/03/25, 11/03/25, 18/03/25, 26/03/25, 01/04/25.
Zentangle
Zentangle is a calming and enjoyable art form that anyone can try. It’s a simple and fun way to create stunning images by drawing basic, structured patterns that come together to form intricate designs. As you immerse yourself in the process, you’ll find it easy to enter a meditative state. It’s also a great opportunity to connect with others and create beautiful artwork. No prior drawing or artistic experience is needed, and all materials will be provided. Taking place on Saturday,1st March.
Breathwork
Experience the transformative power of Breathwork, a practice that goes beyond mere relaxation to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. Breathwork enhances relaxation, reduces stress, boosts energy, improves mental clarity, fosters emotional release, and promotes overall well-being. Taking place on Friday, 14th March.
