There’s lots to enjoy in Ware this month, here’s our guide to what’s on. (Dates on the poster below).
- Join Southern Maltings for a night of laugh out-loud comedy. Held on the first floor of the building, doors open at 7:30pm, first act 8pm. All tickets to Southern Maltings events at: Southern Maltings
- Let the live sophisticated sound of Barry’s 14-piece swing orchestra whisk you back in time, as you dance across the dance floor doing your favourite Jive, Cha Cha, Rumba, Samba, quicksteps etc! Doors open at 2:30pm, music and dancing starts at 3pm.
- Head to Ware Drill Hall for their Vintage & Retro Fair between 10-4pm, with jewellery, furniture, kitchenware, kitsch, art & collectables, vintage café, live music and DJ. £2 entry, children free. Dogs welcome.
- Back after the Christmas break, take a stroll through the Local Produce and Craft Market at Tudor Square. Experience delicious, locally made food and drinks by independent makers and explore the vibrant selection of hand-made craft items on offer. Happening between 10-2pm.
- Join Ware’s famous Ghost Walks and prepare for some spooky tales and ghostly happenings as you discover Ware’s shadowy past! £7.50 per person. More information Here.
- Get your tickets to a one-off special of The Acoustic Sessions at Southern Maltings. Come along and support local musicians. There will be a variety of musical styles to suit everyone, from folk, country and Americana to blues and jazz. Happening between 7:30pm-11pm.
- Ware’s The Community returns to the Southern Maltings. This all-day event will bring together the incredible organisations of Ware and beyond, meet the people behind the organisations, explore potential new hobbies or clubs, and find out what makes this place so special – all for free! Taking place between 10-4pm.
