Welcoming two new businesses to our town!

A new Reformer Pilates studio, ‘Flo with Clo’ offers Dymanic Performer Pilates and Personal Training. Reformer Pilates is a full-body workout that utilises a specialised machine to enhance strength, flexibility, posture, and core stability.

Owner Chloe commented, “After a decade of pouring my heart and soul into personal training, I’ve decided to take the leap and dive headfirst into my true passion. I am super committed to helping you to reach your fitness goals and unlock the confidence you deserve. My Journey to becoming a Pilates teacher is deeply personal. After a major back surgery, Pilates became my saving grace, allowing me to train throughout my recovery journey. Whether you choose Reformer Pilates or Personal Training my classes are high energy, fun and I always make sure to bring new and exciting moves.”
