Ware Share 'Library of Things' Tools & Items Survey
Save Cash, Save Space, Save Waste.
Need a tool or want to try out a new gadget? Don’t want to buy it just for occasional use? From Spring 2025 you can borrow it from our new Ware Share service based in Asda.
So we can get it right, we’d like to know what tools or items you may like to borrow.
Please help by marking the tools or items that would interest you and add anything we haven’t thought of in the space below. We’ll do our best to include something for everyone.
Please complete the survey here.
Survey ends 30th November, 2024.
Refill Scheme
In the UK we use 7.7 billion plastic water bottles each year, only half of which are recycled. If just 1 in 10 of us used a refillable bottle once a week, we’d use 340 million fewer plastic bottles every year.
Have you #GotTheBottle? Save money, stay hydrated and help prevent plastic pollution.
Fill up your water bottle on the go with Refill. Just download the Refill app and find your nearest refill station in Ware and Hertford when you’re on the move.
You can also register your Ware business as a Refill station
A big shout-out to the following Ware businesses who have already signed up to the Refill scheme:
- Asda
- Southern Maltings
- French & Day Delicatessen
- Sugar and Scoop
- Em’s Coffee
- Rainbow Breakfast Bar
- Costa Coffee
- Vape Jungle
- Beefeater
- Keith Ian
Join us in reducing single-use plastic by offering free tap water refills to your customers who bring along their reusable bottles. You will join over 20,000 businesses keeping Britain hydrated and helping to prevent plastic pollution.
Any business can sign up to the app and register as a Refill station. Food and drink outlets can also sign up to provide coffee and lunch box refills, plus there’s a section for zero waste shopping too.
Refill is good for your business because people view a business more favourably if they work positively with their community and not only are they more likely to make a purchase while refilling their bottle, many of them would be more likely to return to make future purchases.
Place a Refill sticker in your window to let passers-by know you’ll refill their bottle for free.
How to sign up as a Refill station:
Sign up to the Refill app on the Refill website, or email [email protected] who can guide you through the process and provide you with resources.
