Councillor Kirsty Taylor-Moran

I live in Ware with my husband and two young sons, having moved to the area from London as a teenager. I think Ware is a wonderful place to raise children with all of our green spaces and countryside all around. I am the founder of Sugar & Scoop, the Zero Waste and Refill Shop on Ware High Street. Alongside running the shop with my husband, I have a career in Law. I am passionate about access to education for children with Special Educational Needs. I am keen to encourage other local Millennials to get involved in local politics and want to make it more accessible for young mums. My free time is spent hacking invasive weeds at my allotment, in the hope that I can nurture a few fruits and vegetables to edibility and pass on my passion for sustainable living to our children.
