Welcome to the Home of the Ware Bears!
Coming soon…(from Monday, 2nd December), our fun, free, family-friendly trail invites visitors to explore our town.
Find Ware Bear’s cuddly friends hiding in shop windows and our big, sparkly bears on the pavements, tick them off on our trail map and collect your prize!
To take part, start the trail at any point and follow the map in any order.
Instructions for Bear Hunters:
Collect a trail map from the town council offices at Ware Priory (weekdays 10am– 3pm), Ware Library (click for opening hours), Ware Museum or from participating businesses. Or download/view the trail map here.
• Look for Ware Bear’s 12 cuddly friends that are hiding in the window of each participating business. Plus, find the 3 big, sparkly Ware Bears on the pavements and mark them off the map.
• Once you have completed the trail, take your completed map to Mr Simms Olde Sweet Shoppe for a small prize.
There’s no rush to find all 12 bears in one visit. Enjoy and explore the trail at your leisure.
