We are looking for an Event Operations Supervisor to join us at our partner company-  Ware Priory Trading.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic person to join our small events team to assist with the management and execution of our private hire events.

Ware Priory has a number of function rooms that can be hired for weddings, meetings, parties and other celebratory occasions. We work closely with 4 different catering partners who provide food services to our clients, and we manage the bars and drinks services in-house.

To be great in this role you :

• Must be passionate about great customer service and delivering excellent experiences for our guests
• Must have the ability to think on your feet, and be flexible and dynamic in your approach to work
• Must be results orientated with impeccable standards around quality, service and presentation
• Must be able to lead a team and manage external suppliers with confidence.
• Must be willing to take a hands-on approach to your work
