The work of Ware Town Council is divided between four groups: Full Council and the three sub-committees. The meeting schedule is arranged by the civic year (1st May to 30th April).
In addition to the above committees, the Town Council is required to call a meeting of all electors of the Parish of Ware between 1st March and 1st June – known as the Town Meeting. The Town Mayor presides at this meeting (or in their absence, the Deputy Town Mayor).
There are no meetings in 2024/25 for the Finance and Policy Committee and the Community and Environment Committee
